Culinary stuffs!! Yup, who wouldn’t like them..  (I’ll straighten here, it’s the ‘eating’ part, not the ‘cooking’ part, okay?! ) whether it’s just a basic need, to eat.. or just a hobby, to eat..especially a delicious one, emmhh..nyummy
Oh yeah right, i ain’t overweight dude.. maybe it’s because I don’t take 3 times, daily-meal as most people do.. but heyy, I like eating too, especially if it’s new to my tongue, to my eyes, n of course..i’m in a good mood.. yuuu..

Well this week, I quite eat a lot..hohohoo, not because I’m in such a stress condition of course (mm, maybe a little..but I usually lost my appetite when I’m distressed..) it’s mostly because.. well..i just wanna eat, ok!
Starts with the opening appetizer, J.Co..(a treat, yeeay ) n then to the next stop, the T*m*n* K*f*, enjoying the huge Cheesy Chicken Mushrooms..
I barely felt the cheese though (where was the cheese anyway, eh? how come I didn’t realize it was there..??) Why did I choose that menu? well I don’t know..my feeling said that “This is it!” <halah> n just as I thought, it was sooo full (thx God)..
hahah..maybe I should learn that one of the stomach-compression-no-jutsu.. 
ou well, bungkuuussszzz..

On the other day, we (U, I, J, P) dropped by at the D*g* R*m*n.. not the first visit though, still with the ramen cuisine..but with the different scene from before (the pond with the big fishes), it was fine..gazing at the Riau street in a rainy night with the cold n moist breeze blowin’..duhh.. culinary or coolin-air ieu tehh??
Not just the food though, that come into my concern (or my stomach? hihihi)..

well those are the moments, simple moments, shared with bunch of friends..moments to share some stories, n some laughters.. (huehueee)
will it ever happen again?..

1 RITTORU NO NAMIDA (The Movie)

Huahaha..tumben-tumbenan gw nonton dorama, tapi ya s*c*ra sudah di-copy ya ditonton sadjaaa..dan ternyata benar saja, daku mengantuks.. yuuu..
Salut d gw sama yang rajin-rajinnya nonton versi berserinya, ato bahkan versi jiplakannya..walopun mungkin hanya demi melihat tokohnya doank..
Inti ceritanya apa si? Semangat kali ya, trus klo jatuh ya tinggal berdiri lagi aja gtuu..heheu.. yosh, ganbatte!! yuuu..

POCONG 2

Yeah..it is ‘something’ wrapped in a shroud..!! suatu ‘fenomena’ <halah> yang katanya hadir perdana sekitar pada abad ke 15 di tanah Jawa..(ya ngga sihh?..)
Supposed to be creepy, of course..but as in any other Indonesian-horror-movies, ceritanya malah cenderung jadi komedi, entah apaaa maksudnya.. sampai-sampai menampilkan pocong ‘fotogenik’ dan pocong ‘seducer’ segala (ada juga yang bilang pocong –maaf- ‘horny’).. Ckckck, apa jadinya ya kalau sampai ‘mereka’ tahu..duhh..
Wonder why film pocong yang pertama sampai di-banned lembaga sensor segala ya..
Secara cerita si biasa-biasa aja..not too recommended, apalagi buat para pecinta horror sejati..deuhh, ga pake acara merem d yang pasti..
well, just for fun aja, liat Revalina misalnya? huehue.. Beberapa bagian cerita malah aga ‘janggal’ (ato cacat ya?..-maaf-), klo menurut gw dan 2 orang ce-es yang nonton juga..
Inti ceritanya sih, jangan percaya d klo ada apartemen bagus yang disewakan dengan harga miring! (berlaku buat kos’an juga kali yee). Trus pastikan bahwa ’orang’ yang kau ajak bicara itu memang orang.. hyuuu..

SAW 3

”Hello, ____. I want to play a game…”

Yup, it’s the Saw 3! Psycho movie for psycho people
Melanjutkan kisah sebelumnya (Saw 1 & Saw 2), dengan tokoh John/Jigsaw dan dibantu dengan Amanda-nya, yang masih juga melakukan serangkaian permainan (ato penyiksaan ya?..) yang…full-of-blood, tentu saja..apalagi yang bisa diliat dari film beginian!
Dibanding Saw 1 & 2 sebelumnya, yahh, bisa dibilang Saw 3 ini emang rada-rada ‘bloodless’ & korbannya sedikit..(yahh lagi..) tapi ya lumayanlah sebagai bahan pembelajaran bagi para beginner-psycho
In the end of the story, John akhirnya mati juga, walopun bukan gara-gara penyakitnya itu..Amanda juga..tapi nampaknya cerita masih belum berakhir sampe disitu ya, s*c*ra masih ada tokoh penuh dendam yang masih ‘nganggur’..well, nampaknya akan ada sekuel Saw selanjutnya lagi..hope so dehh..can’t wait to see!!  hohoho..
Hikmah yang bisa diambil (ternyata ada juga hikmah yang bisa diambil dari film beginian ya..), yang paling penting yaitu bagaimana harus menghargai hidup kali yee..
U might not know how precious it is until it’s gone or taken from U.. yuuu..

Hippity-hoppity…ternyata masih ada juga makhluk nan lucu yang bisa dilihat..
Yup, it’s (or he’s?) Mumble, a cute little penguin from ‘Happy Feet’ movie, I watched with a friend few days ago..
Secara garis besar memang cerita dari filmnya bisa dibilang biasa sadjaa, tapi kenapa ditonton? Ya lucu sadjaaa…

Sedikit sinopsis, film ini menceritakan kisah seekor penguin, sejak zaman nyak-babe-nya ketemu, bertelur, dan kemudian menghasilkan dia yang ternyata berbeda dari penguin-penguin lainnya (tapi teteup aja lucuuuuuuuuuuu!!!). Setiap penguin seharusnya memiliki dan bisa menyanyikan ‘heartsong’-nya masing-masing (unique n different)..buat apa?? ya buat menarik perhatian calon penguin pasangannya lahh.. meanwhile, this Mumble ternyata tidak bisa bernyanyi sama sekali dan hanya bisa ‘berjingkrak-jingkrak’ sehingga pada akhirnya dikucilkanlah ia, bahkan sama babe-nya sendiri.. and ketika stock ikan di sana berkurang, si Mumble dituduh sebagai penyebabnya karena ia ‘berbeda’. Adapun ‘perbedaan’ itu sebenarnya akibat kesalahan babe-nya sendiri, yang dahulu tidak menjaga telurnya dengan baik..

Singkat cerita, akhirnya Mumble membuktikan kalau ia tidak bersalah dan akhirnya menjadi pahlawan karena menemukan penyebab berkurangnya ikan-ikan itu (which is, tentu saja karena manusia yang seenak-enaknya melakukan penangkapan ikan) and in the end, ya happy ending lahh, bahkan Gloria (the most famous chick penguin) akhirnya tertarik juga..
The other cute part, of course, adanya the Amigos, penguins dari spesies lain yang ukurannya lebih kecil, yang menemani Mumble dalam petualangannya..

Well, guess that’s all, intinya antara lain mungkin yaa be yourself, be confident, just believe in yourself though u’r “different” cause everyone’s created for some reasons, right?..don’t give up, and be cute  yuuu…

My longest phone call record, 3 hours and 12 minutes (CDMA), from the previous record, 2 hours and 46 minutes (GSM)..
Never thought it could be that hot!! (the handset, I mean..)

Teringat berita percobaan merebus telur dengan menggunakan ponsel (dengan gelombang EM-nya), yang pernah ditulis di detik..benar gak ya? Hahaha.. dengan meletakkan sebutir telur mentah di antara kedua ponsel yang sedang aktif saling melakukan panggilan, dalam waktu sejam lebih sang telur mentah sudah menjadi telur rebusss..
Well, hoax lahh..
So far, efek jangka pendek-nya tentu saja hanya ’kuping-panas’..semoga tidak ada efek-efek invi dan kumulatif lainnya..huehuehue..

pertanyaan2 gak penting banget ga sih <doanya penting sih>…
tapi seringkali berputar-putar di kepala setiap harinya

So relieved…akhirnya paper kedua terpublish juga di International Conference TSSA-WSSA 8-9 Dec 2006, setelah paper pertama disertakan pada ICTS 2006, ITS Surabaya August lalu…

Yahh, walaupun isinya ga beda-beda jauh amat, masih seputar Tugas Akhir, bedanya, sekarang berperan sebagai author, bukan co-author, alias harus jadi presenter juga.. Quite scary at first, karena harus presentasi in english & in front of foreigners too, apalagi jadwal presentasinya suddenly dimajukan sehari, dari sabtu jam 1 jadi jumat jam 11, bah..ntah pa pa panitia ni, mentang-mentang peserta internal, tapi ndak pa pa lah..

Setelah menyelesaikan 28 pages ppt + animation ngebut till 1 o’clock am, tanpa latihan yang penting tidur, bangun pagi kesiangan & stomachache karena tegang, thankfully, that 15minutes-thrilling-moment bisa terlewati juga walaupun dengan entah-ngomong-apa, I didn’t even remember all the words I’ve said, I just did.. <God, I knew U’d be with me n give me that strength..>

However, one weird question came up from a foreigner (Mr. AR from somewhere) sewaktu sesi tanya jawab, he asked “r u an undergraduated student? postgraduate? or doctor? or what?” <klo ga salah inget, something like that lah>.. what was that suppose to mean??..ee, well undergraduated I suppose..

Thought it’s over and I could get the free lunch <yeeaa..> when all of sudden that AR person came and asked bout the project written in the paper again <halah, baru juga mu mulai makan..>

Mr. AR: “Hi, I think it’s interesting, I’m bla bla bla bla….” <keep talking>
J: “Ooh, is it.. <grinning> uh well…”
Mr. AR: “I think it’s good for the e-learning system and bla bla bla bla….” <keep talking>
J: ”Mm, yes i think so, and uuhhh… <hah?>”
Mr. AR: “So, did u bla bla bla bla….” <keep talking>
J: “Yeah well umm…”
Mr. AR: “And what is the ——- ?”
J: “What?”
Mr. AR: “And what is the ——- ?”
J: “Ehmm, what?”
Mr. AR: “And what is the ——- ?”
J: ”Eee, excuse me?” <was it my ears, or was it his pronounciation???>
Mr. AR: “The ——- ?”
J: “Well, it’s bla bla bla…” <jawab ngasallll!!!>

J: ”Yeah..”

O God, whatta conversation.. who cares lah, seumur idup ga kan pernah ketemu beliau lagi <Amiiin> semoga ga kan jadi xenophobia juga L..

Positive things beside the published paper are, tentu saja dapat free stuffs n free lunch + coffee break  plus free dinner @ The View, yes, with the great view of Bandung at night of course.. padahal, for all these, ga keluar uang sepeser pun..hmm..yu
